László (56) is a transformation and change leadership advisor, author, speaker and business school lecturer. In various senior executive positions he lead major tranformation programs himself, and supported the leaders of close to 100 companies in over 15 countries around Europe. László acts as leadership advisor and coach for CEO’s and their leadership teams in strategy, transformation, change leadership and organizational culture. In the past few years I have run many workshops, trainings and delivered lots of presentations on Transformation & Change. On these events I meet a wide variety of participants from many countries and companies ranging from small businesses to large multinationals.
In my previous article I argued that something is seriously wrong with change management and have introduced what I consider to be the five main reasons for it.
